Mumbai, March 17 (NationPress) Actress Shefali Shah embarked on a journey to Manali. Sharing her adventures on social media, the star of Delhi Crime expressed that she found her solo travels to be incredibly fascinating.
Shefali commented, "Silence is addictive, and so is solitude. When I took my first solo trip in December, I made a promise to myself that I would travel frequently this year. Initially, I thought it was just a rare occurrence, but surprisingly, I've been successful at it. Traveling solo is an intriguing experience. I don’t believe I've found many companions who resonate as well as I do with myself."
She continued, "I said, 'Let’s stay in.' She responded, 'Alright.' I suggested, 'Shall we go for a walk?' She agreed enthusiastically. We even reached a consensus on the room temperature and the bed side, joyfully sharing the shower. Together, we marveled at the majestic mountains, feeling a rush of vertigo and exhilaration as we stood 8,000 feet above the ground, gazing at the stunning Dhauladhar range. We both admired the same bracelets from a quaint shop lost in time. We meandered through winding paths, pine trees, and snow, sharing the experience of a serene skylit room and a secret meal in the kitchen, dining under a spotlight while the chefs worked around us in silence."
The actress from Three of Us noted that even though she cherished her solitude, she longed to share every moment with her loved ones. She admitted to persuading her husband Vipul Amrutlal Shah to accompany her.
Shefali shared, "I don’t regret my time alone, but I won’t deny that every experience I have, I wish to share with them. Each moment, scent, and sight fades away, and no matter how many photos I take, they can never replace the actual experience. So this time, I took a chance and asked Vipul to join me. I gently persuaded him to come along. I realized that despite my romantic notions, we have never done anything spontaneously or on a whim."
