Mumbai, March 13 (NationPress) Actress Shubhangi Atre is thrilled to announce her debut in Bollywood as her beloved TV series “Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain!” is set to receive a grand cinematic adaptation.

The original cast will reprise their roles in the film, with Shubhangi once again portraying Angoori bhabhi.

"As an actor and artist, I strive to give my utmost regardless of the medium—be it TV, films, OTT, or theatre. Now that Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! is transitioning to film, the work remains somewhat similar to our television endeavors," stated Shubhangi.

She acknowledges the mix of “nervousness and excitement.”

"Although I have embodied Angoori for several years, performing in a film presents a different feel. Regardless, I am fully committed to giving my best, as I always do. I am genuinely happy yet a tad nervous," she added.

"I hope to receive immense love, blessings, and best wishes from my fans," Shubhangi expressed.

Discussing her first film experience, she said: "We are welcoming new actors into the film, so creating chemistry with them is a fresh experience."

"Moreover, while performing on TV, we often improvise. However, in a film, precision is key. With a film's runtime capped at 2 to 2.5 hours, we can't insert unnecessary dialogues as we sometimes do during daily shoots."

"Everything is more organized and grand in a movie, making for a distinct experience. But I’m thoroughly enjoying the process and eagerly anticipating it," she continued.

As per a statement, Shubhangi will also engage in action sequences in the film, which she described as "something new" for her.

"I’m truly excited to see how they come out on screen," she added.

Shubhangi praised her fellow cast members.

"Even the newcomers in the film are exhibiting full sincerity and dedication. The passion to make this movie a remarkable success is evident in everyone. As actors, we all possess a drive to perform excellently, and that energy is palpable on set."
