Mumbai, Dec 22 (NationPress) Zaheer Iqbal recently pulled off a hilarious prank on his wife, Sonakshi Sinha, by unexpectedly pushing her into the water.
On Sunday, Sonakshi took to her Instagram to share a lighthearted video that captured a delightful beach outing with her husband, Zaheer. The clip begins with Sonakshi walking toward the shore, enjoying the waves as she pauses momentarily. In a playful twist, Zaheer sneaks up from behind and gently pushes her into the water, causing the actress to erupt in laughter on the beach.
As the 'Akira' star struggled to regain her footing, Zaheer couldn’t contain his laughter. In sharing the funny clip, Sonakshi wrote, “Shanti se ek video bhi nahi lene dega yeh ladka.”
Previously, the actress also shared a comical moment on her Instagram story, where she filmed a large lizard on the road. Zaheer, standing next to her, mimicked the lizard’s movements, resulting in fits of laughter from Sonakshi.
The couple is currently enjoying their vacation in Australia. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who have been together for over seven years, elevated their relationship by tying the knot on June 23, 2024. They chose to have a private registered wedding ceremony, surrounded by close friends and family. The festivities later included a grand reception attended by many of Bollywood's prominent stars.
In October, Sonakshi celebrated her first Karwa Chauth with Zaheer Iqbal. She shared, “Find a pati who won’t let you starve alone... whatever his reason may be. Happy Karwa Chauth... our first (sic).”
On the professional front, the 37-year-old actress was last featured in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series “Heeramandi: The Diamond,” where she portrayed the character of Fareedan.
Additionally, she starred in the horror-comedy Zee5 film "Kakuda," alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. Coming up, she will appear in the films “Nikita Roy” and “The Book of Darkness.”
