New Delhi, April 19 (NationPress) The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has officially announced the results for Class 10 and Class 12 on Saturday. Students can access their results at: ubse.uk.gov.in and uaresults.nic.in.
This year, an impressive 90.77 percent of Class 10 students passed the examination. Out of 1,09,859 candidates who appeared for the exams, 99,725 successfully cleared them. For Class 12, the pass percentage is 83.23 percent, with 88,518 students qualifying out of 1,06,345 who took the exam.
Anushka Rana has emerged as the top scorer in the Class 12 board examination, while Jitin Joshi and Kamal Chauhan have jointly secured the top rank in the Class 10 or High School category.
The results were officially announced during a press briefing at the Board Office in Ramnagar. Subsequently, the state’s Education Minister formally declared the results during a press conference in Dehradun.
The UBSE Class 12 Board exams were conducted from February 21 to March 11, 2025, across multiple exam centres statewide.
Approximately 1,09,713 students registered for the examination. Meanwhile, the Class 10 exams also occurred during the same timeframe, attracting more than 2.2 lakh participants, with around 1.13 lakh being Class 10 examinees.
To be deemed successful in the UBSE exams, students must achieve a minimum of 33 percent in each subject, including practical components. Those who do not pass in one or two subjects will have the chance to take supplementary exams, providing them with a second opportunity to enhance their results.
Officials noted that the online mark sheets are provisional and should not be regarded as the final document for admission purposes. Students are advised to collect the original mark sheet and pass certificate from their respective schools.
