Bhopal, March 16 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, stated on Sunday that the state government is dedicated to meeting the essential needs of its citizens while fostering their spiritual growth.
He underscored that India's global standing has been influenced by its spiritual principles and the ethos of "live and let live".
During a virtual address at the groundbreaking ceremony for the 414-foot-high Sumeru Mountain in Bhind, CM Yadav expressed these views.
He also pointed out that in conjunction with the spiritual richness of India's vast knowledge heritage, the nation’s esteem and impact on the international arena continue to expand.
According to the Chief Minister, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guidance, India is gaining worldwide acknowledgment in various sectors.
"Our administration has implemented multiple programs to bolster cow rearing within the state. Efforts are underway to promote both milk output and its higher consumption. To assist cow farmers, we have introduced incentives for milk production, and the funds for cow shelters have also seen an increase," CM Yadav remarked.
He noted that Madhya Pradesh presently holds the third position in India for milk production, with aspirations to become the leading state.
He declared that a bonus of Rs 5 per liter on milk would be provided, aiding in enhancing farmers' earnings and contributing positively to societal welfare.
Recently, CM Mohan Yadav's Cabinet sanctioned the establishment of the "Krishna Patheya Trust" to develop sites associated with Lord Krishna as pilgrimage destinations in Madhya Pradesh.
The state administration has also earmarked a special fund of Rs 10 crore for this initiative, the Chief Minister informed.
