New Delhi, Jan 18 (NationPress) The prestigious luxury vehicle manufacturer BMW Group India has officially unveiled the all-new BMW X3, which has been locally produced at their Chennai facility. This vehicle is recognized as the longest, tallest, and widest in its category.

The BMW X3 xDrive20 M Sport will be priced at Rs 75,80,000 (ex-showroom), while the BMW X3 xDrive20d M Sport will cost Rs 77,80,000. Deliveries are set to begin in April, as announced during the 2025 auto expo in the capital.

The inaugural model of the BMW X3 was the first to introduce the BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive technology. Now entering its fourth generation, the all-new BMW X3 arrives in India featuring an impressive road presence, completely revamped interiors, and cutting-edge technology.

“With the launch of the all-new BMW X3, we have reached new heights in modernity, presence, and sporty elegance. As the fourth generation of this iconic Sports Activity Vehicle, the X3 signifies the dawn of a new era,” stated Vikram Pawah, President and CEO of BMW Group India.

Now larger than ever, it has transformed itself with a fresh design, unmatched luxury, and a brand-new digital persona, he further noted.

The vehicle is offered in shades including Dune Grey Metallic, Alpine White, Brooklyn Grey Metallic, Individual Tanzanite Blue, and Black Sapphire Metallic.

With a width of 1,920 mm and a height of 1,660 mm, the all-new X3 stands as the widest and tallest vehicle in its class.

Additionally, the all-new X3 features a head-up display as a standard option, making it the only vehicle in its segment to offer this.

The 2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine of the BMW X3 20 xDrive delivers 190 hp and a peak torque of 310 Nm at 1,500–4,000 rpm. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.8 seconds.

Meanwhile, the 2-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine of the BMW X3 20d xDrive generates 197 hp and a peak torque of 400 Nm at 1,500 – 2,750 rpm, achieving 0 to 100 km/h in only 7.7 seconds, as per the company.

In addition, BMW Motorrad unveiled the new BMW S 1000 RR, a super sport motorcycle priced at Rs 21,10,000, which will be available in India as a completely built-up unit. It boasts a 0-100 km/h time of just 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h.
