Mumbai, Jan 10 (NationPress) Before the release of Kangana Ranaut's eagerly awaited drama 'Emergency', set to hit theaters on January 17, the film's producers will host a special screening on January 11, 2025, which will be attended by the prominent Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
In addition to Nitin Gadkari, the special screening of this upcoming period political drama will also see the presence of Kangana Ranaut and Anupam Kher.
Recently, Anupam Kher shared a video clip on his official Instagram account featuring his 'Emergency' co-star Kangana Ranaut. The video showcased the 'Queen' actress seeking blessings from Anupam Kher's mother, Dulari, for their upcoming project. In the post, the seasoned actor mentioned, 'Kangana and Dulari: Two formidable women from the mountains. Just a few days ago, Kangana expressed her desire to receive blessings from my mother! Mom didn't have a chance to get ready. I playfully teased them about it! Dulari showered Kangana with immense love and blessings. My beauty was also brought up during their chat. My mother's favorite saying - clothes are irrelevant when the heart is pure.'

The film is co-produced by Zee Studios, Manikarnika Films, and Renu Pitti. The soundtracks for 'Emergency' have been composed by Sanchit Balhara and G.V. Prakash Kumar. The screenplay and dialogues were crafted by Ritesh Shah, while Rameshwar S. Bhagat has edited the film, and Tetsuo Nagata has handled the cinematography.
Directed by Kangana Ranaut, the film presents a cinematic portrayal of the controversial Indian Emergency. The narrative will feature the 'Panga' actress portraying the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.
