Vishal Confirms His Well-Being and Returns to Work
Chennai, Jan 11 (NationPress) Actor Vishal confirmed on Saturday that he is well and resuming his work, while also dispelling rumors regarding his health circulating on social media.

Chennai, Jan 11 (NationPress) Actor Vishal stated on Saturday that he is doing well and is back on track, while also addressing the rumors about his health that have been circulating online.

The renowned actor and producer spoke to the media during the press screening of his upcoming film ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ at the film’s intermission, expressing appreciation for the media's unwavering support.

“I have come to understand one important thing. I have realized how much love and blessings I have received from many people. I still have not responded to 425 messages. Each one contained wishes like, ‘Recover and return soon,’” he shared.

Vishal elaborated, “I only experienced a viral fever, which is common. It was just a bit more intense than usual. My parents advised me against attending the Madha Gaja Raja event due to my illness. However, when I looked in the mirror, I could only see the face of director Sundar C. I felt I couldn't miss this occasion, one I had been eagerly anticipating for years. So, here I am at the event.”

Addressing the journalists present at the press show of Madha Gaja Raja, he remarked, “This is the true media. To those who pretend to be media, you don’t qualify just because you write small articles. The individuals present here represent true journalism.”

He expressed his gratitude to the gathered media personnel, stating, “I am genuinely grateful for your affection. I feel like a servant to your love. I never anticipated receiving this level of care. After leaving the event, many of you reached out to check on my well-being. I have sustained my career for 20 years thanks to your love. I am fine and back on track.”

Vishal refuted claims that he had been hospitalized at Apollo, clarifying, “I only received treatment at Kauvery hospital. I was never admitted to any facility. As I mentioned in my film ‘Mark Antony’, 'You thought I would fall? I won’t'. This is what I want to emphasize now. My self-confidence, along with my father's belief in me, provides me with strength. Together, these two forces help me navigate any challenges. I mention this because there were rumors suggesting I wouldn’t return to shooting for three or six months. I am fine and back on track.”
