Bhopal, Feb 22 (NationPress) With just two days remaining before the inaugural Global Investment Summit in the state capital, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will conduct a final review of the preparations on Saturday.

The Chief Minister and top officials will inspect the Kushabhau Thakare Auditorium, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalay (the summit's venue), and Sadar Manjil in Bhopal for assessment.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the two-day summit in Bhopal at 10 a.m. on February 24.

As per the government of Madhya Pradesh, Union Home Minister and Co-operative Minister Amit Shah is set to attend the closing ceremony on February 25.

In a message on the social media platform X, CM Yadav stated, "Madhya Pradesh is poised to craft a global narrative of investment through innovation and transformation."

"Join us in this journey of state advancement by participating in the Global Investors Summit -2025 scheduled for February 24-25 in the beautiful city of Lakes, Bhopal. Together, let’s progress on the development path," his message conveyed.

In addition to prominent industrialists or their representatives from across India, entrepreneurs from more than 60 nations have been invited to the summit.

The event will feature participation from 13 ambassadors, six high commissioners, and numerous consul generals representing key strategic countries.

The diplomatic delegation at GIS-2025 will be led by consul generals from Germany, Japan, Switzerland, and Malaysia, alongside senior representatives from the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, and Canada.

Ambassadors from Nepal, Morocco, Zimbabwe, Angola, and Burkina Faso, as well as high commissioners from Rwanda, the Seychelles, Jamaica, Lesotho, Uganda, and many others will also be present in Bhopal.

The government has announced that the World Bank will play a vital role in GIS, and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) will be represented by Deputy Executive Director Dushyant Thakor.

During a meeting with local industrialists on Friday, Chief Minister Yadav expressed, "Establish as many industries as you desire; the government will support you every step of the way."

The Chief Minister emphasized that this significant investment is anticipated to enhance the overall development of Madhya Pradesh while generating numerous job opportunities for tech-savvy youth.
