On Thursday, numerous visitors breathed a sigh of relief upon arriving in Mumbai and shared their gratitude with IANS, acknowledging the efforts of both the Central and Maharashtra governments for ensuring their safe return home.
Nidhi, who returned from Srinagar, expressed to IANS: "First and foremost, it feels wonderful to be back in Mumbai. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Central and state governments for facilitating our safe return from Srinagar.
Reflecting on the terrifying incident in Pahalgam, she recounted, "I traveled to Pahalgam from Srinagar on April 21. I had intended to visit the tourist destination on April 22, but unforeseen circumstances prevented me from going. It was only later that I learned about the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
