Mumbai, Feb 11 (NationPress) As her triplets Diva, Czar, and Anya celebrated their 17th birthday, filmmaker Farah Khan embraced her role as a quintessential ‘Indian mom’ by creating an amusing reel to tease her children.

Farah posted on her Instagram an entertaining video compilation showcasing memorable moments from their birthdays dating back to 2011, including highlights from Anya, Diva, and Czar's 16th birthday celebration.

In her caption, Farah expressed: “Happy 17th birthday!! Rest assured your grandma is watching over you from wherever she is (as she clearly didn’t believe in heaven or hell).. I know you’ll be embarrassed by this reel but as a typical Indian mom, it’s my sworn duty to embarrass my kids..”

“That’s how we express our love.. needless to say you are the best gifts your dad and I have ever received (sic),” she added.

Farah married Shirish Kunder in 2004, the editor of her directorial debut Main Hoon Na, which starred Shah Rukh Khan. The couple has collaborated on several films together, including Jaan-E-Mann, Om Shanti Om, and Tees Maar Khan. They welcomed their triplets in 2008 via in vitro fertilization.

Currently, Farah is engaged with her YouTube channel, where she invites celebrities to her home to prepare their favorite meals.

Recently, actor Junaid Khan visited her home, revealing the contents of his frequently noticed backpack.

Accompanied by Khushi, she first discovered a pen from Junaid’s bag that he purchased at a 7-Eleven store in Japan.

Next, Khushi found a hairdryer, to which Junaid replied: “I do my own hair, usually. So, I occasionally need it for touch-ups.”

Then, a toiletry bag was uncovered containing an “ustarah and hair wax.”

Junaid’s wallet was next, prompting Farah to remark: “Unlike your father, you actually have cash in your wallet, although it’s just Rs 1300.”

Junaid explained that he carries change for rickshaws since they don’t accept “credit cards.”

When questioned about his preference for rickshaws, Junaid stated: “It’s very convenient.” He added that his parents have cars available if needed.

Farah commented: “This is what defines our true middle-class hero.”
