Mumbai, Feb 1 (NationPress) Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is known for his remarkable fitness. As the weekend approaches, he has posed a thought-provoking question.

On Saturday, the actor shared a photo of Gajar ka halwa on his Instagram account, asking in the caption, “Is Gajar ka halwa healthy? Or is it unhealthy? What are your thoughts?”

Previously, the actor marked the 25th anniversary of his debut film, ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’. He posted numerous images of the notes he wrote during his preparation for the film on Instagram.

These notes showcase the extensive work he undertook, highlighting why he became an instant sensation with ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’, directed by his father, Rakesh Roshan.

He expressed that he would normally feel embarrassed to share these notes publicly but chose to do so to honor the film.

In the caption, he reflected, “These are my notes from 27 years ago. Preparing as an ACTOR for my first movie ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’, I remember my nervousness. I still feel that way when starting a new film. I’d be shy to share these, but after 25 years in the industry, I think I can manage it. Looking from then to now, what has changed? I see these pages and realize, absolutely nothing. Is that a good thing? A bad thing? It just is (sic).”

He continued, “The process is what remains. I have so much to be thankful for, so much to appreciate, and still much to accomplish. As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, the ONLY thing I want to honor are these notes in my rough book. The only relief I have is the evidence of resilience. The first page reads ‘one day’ at the bottom. That day never came, or perhaps it did but I missed it because I was too busy preparing. #25yearsofkahonaapyaarhai”.
