Mumbai, Feb 4 (NationPress) It appears that Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor may have overindulged in sun exposure, resulting in her getting sunburnt.
Janhvi shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram, showcasing her in orange shorts and a grey activewear crop top. In the photo, she proudly displays her tanned back.
Her caption simply read: “BURNT”.
While she didn't disclose her exact location, it seems Janhvi recently visited the historic city of Kochi and explored notable spots like Jew Street. The 27-year-old actress, alongside Sidharth Malhotra, is currently filming the romantic comedy “Param Sundari”.
Sidharth had earlier posted pictures and a video from Kochi on February 2. The video, taken from inside a houseboat, highlights the traditional Chinese fishing nets in the Kumbalangi region of Kochi.
“Param Sundari” is a cross-cultural romance film set for theatrical release on July 25.
This film is produced by Maddock Films and directed by Tushar Jalota, renowned for “Dasvi”. The narrative revolves around a love story between a North Indian, played by Sidharth, and a South Indian girl, shot in the scenic landscapes of Kerala.
The movie is said to provide a heartfelt narrative of love, where two distinct worlds intersect, promising a mix of laughter, chaos, and unexpected turns, according to a description from Maddock, as reported by variety.com.
“It’s reminiscent of the films made by Mani Ratnam, such as ‘Saathiya’ (the Hindi adaptation of the Tamil romantic drama 'Alai Payuthey'),” commented Maddock’s head, Dinesh Vijan, to Variety.
“The soundtrack is captivating, with Janhvi portraying a South Indian character while Sid embodies a boy from North Delhi, adding an intriguing conflict. It’s like evolving the concept of ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ with a modern twist. We are delving into a ‘Kantara’-like universe, pushing beyond conventional boundaries.”
