New Delhi, March 14 (NationPress) India has firmly dismissed Pakistan's accusations that New Delhi is responsible for the ethnic violence currently unfolding in the neighboring nation, emphasizing that Pakistan should focus on its own issues rather than deflecting blame. The global community is aware of the true epicenter of global terrorism.

In reaction to inquiries regarding the statements from Pakistan, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) expressed on Friday that India categorically deems these claims as unfounded.

“We categorically reject the unfounded claims made by Pakistan. The entire world is aware of where the epicenter of global terrorism lies. Pakistan ought to look within itself instead of casting blame on others for its internal issues and failures,” stated MEA Official Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal.

India has rebuked Pakistan following its insinuation regarding India’s involvement in igniting unrest in the turbulent Balochistan region.

This response from the Indian government came after a senior Pakistani official accused India of “sponsoring terrorism” aimed at destabilizing its neighboring nations.

The allegations surfaced after the hijacking of the Jaffar Express by the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) during its journey from Quetta to Peshawar, which lasted around 30 hours and resulted in the deaths of 21 hostages and four security personnel.

Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan claimed that the train attack was orchestrated from overseas but refrained from directly naming India. He mentioned that the rebels maintained contact with their handlers in Afghanistan throughout the siege.

When questioned whether Pakistan had altered its stance from previously blaming India for BLA activities, he asserted that their accusations against India remain valid. “There has been no change in our policy. The facts have not altered... India is involved in sponsoring terrorism against Pakistan. In this specific incident, we possess evidence of calls traced to Afghanistan,” stated the Pakistani official during a media briefing.
