In her speech, she emphasized the escalating dangers posed by digital fraud, cybercrime, and deepfake technology. She reiterated the Modi administration's dedication to enhancing cybersecurity measures to protect social, financial, and national security interests.
"My government is persistently striving to ensure effectiveness in cybersecurity. Digital fraud, cybercrime, and deepfake represent significant threats to our social, financial, and national security," she declared.
While acknowledging India's advancements in the digital sector, President Murmu highlighted the country's ambition to become a global leader in innovation. She mentioned the initiation of the India AI Mission, designed to promote developments in artificial intelligence and position India as a significant player in advanced technology.
"Today, India is asserting itself as a prominent global participant in digital technology. Developed nations are also admiring the success of India's UPI transaction system," she noted, referring to the nation's digital payment revolution.
She further asserted that the government has utilized digital technology as a potent instrument for social justice and equality, promoting financial inclusion and transparency.

She mentioned the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, through which Rs 41,000 crore has been allocated to millions of farmers nationwide. This direct financial aid is aimed at ensuring agricultural stability, enhancing rural income, and supporting farmers in their livelihoods.
