Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). This accolade, which stands as the pinnacle of recognition in Indian cricket, celebrates Tendulkar's illustrious career, during which he amassed an extraordinary array of records. He is notably the only batsman to achieve 100 centuries in international cricket, and the award was presented to him by ICC Chairman Jay Shah at the BCCI’s Annual Naman Awards event in Mumbai.

The accolade consists of a trophy, a citation, and a cash award of Rs 25 lakh. It is named in honor of Colonel C. K. Nayudu (1895–1967), India's inaugural Test cricket captain, often regarded as the first cricketing superstar in the nation. Instituted in 1994, the first recipient was Lala Amarnath.
