New Delhi, Feb 21 (NationPress) The Prime Minister of Bhutan, Dasho Tshering Tobgay, on Friday referred to PM Narendra Modi as his elder brother and mentor, expressing his intent to absorb valuable leadership lessons from his Indian counterpart.

While delivering the keynote address at the inaugural SOUL Conclave at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Tobgay remarked: "I am here as a student eager to learn, and I have the chance to do so. I intend to glean leadership lessons from Prime Minister Modi. I regard Modi ji as my elder brother who consistently provides guidance and support."

Praising PM Modi's leadership, Tobgay stated: "In merely a decade, PM Modi has steered India towards development. Your leadership has served as a guiding light for transformative and unmatched progress."

Expressing admiration for PM Modi, Tobgay mentioned that each encounter with the leader motivates him to work even more diligently as a public servant.

He emphasized that SOUL is a creation of PM Modi and is further evidence of his steadfast dedication to fostering authentic leaders and empowering them to serve the populace of India.

Stating that he has no insights to impart regarding leadership, he said, "Instead, I am present as a student ready to learn and am thrilled about this opportunity."
