The teaser, which has sparked significant excitement among cinephiles as it marks India’s first sea horror adventure film, commences with a news anchor reporting the loss of communication with a search party that ventured into the sea to locate missing fishermen from Thoovathur. It is revealed that anyone who has dared to enter the sea has never returned.
The teaser indicates that G V Prakash Kumar, portraying Kingston, sets out to sea, while one of his fellow sailors tries to caution him about the lurking dangers...
Directed by Kamal Prakash, ‘Kingston’ is being produced on a grand scale by Zee Studios and G V Prakash’s own production company, Parallel Universe Pictures.
The film boasts a talented ensemble cast including G. V. Prakash Kumar, Divya Bharathi, Azhagam Perumal, Anthony from ‘Merku Thodarchi Malai’, Chetan, Kumaravel, and Sabumon among others.
In addition to his leading role, G V Prakash is also composing the music for this film, which features cinematography by Gokul Benoy. The dialogues are penned by Dhivek, while San Lokesh manages the editing. S S Moorthy oversees the art direction, and Dhilip Subbarayan choreographs the stunts in this production.
