Mumbai, Dec 29 (NationPress) Television star Tejasswi Prakash took to her social media platforms to share with her followers that she has suffered a burn injury while filming her new show ‘Celebrity MasterChef’.
On Sunday, the actress known for her role in ‘Naagin 6’ shared an image on her Instagram stories showcasing a burn mark on her hand, captioning it with the phrase, “The show must go on.” Tejasswi is gearing up for her television comeback after a short break following her successful performance in ‘Naagin 6’.
She is renowned for her appearances in shows such as ‘Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur’ and made headlines in 2021 when she won the reality show Bigg Boss 15. Her journey in the film industry began with her Marathi film debut in ‘Mann Kasturi Re’.
‘Celebrity MasterChef’ is a culinary reality show, akin to Laughter Chefs. This exciting program will showcase notable personalities including Dipika Kakkar Ibrahim, Gaurav Khanna, Nikki Tamboli, Rajiv Adatia, among others, alongside Tejasswi. The show's producers have already begun sharing teasers on social media.
Choreographer and director Farah Khan has been selected as the host for ‘Celebrity MasterChef’. Farah expressed her enthusiasm for trying new recipes and exploring diverse cuisines.
Discussing her role, Farah stated, “I’ve always been an avid foodie, I enjoy experimenting with recipes, exploring new cuisines, and adding my own twist. I’ve channelled my love for food by starting my own digital cooking channel. When I was approached to host ‘Celebrity MasterChef’, I jumped at the opportunity. Not only do I adore the format, but I've also had the pleasure of being friends with our fabulous Chef Judges, the talented Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna.”
She continued, “I was part of the MasterChef family when it first came to India, and I’m well acquainted with most of the incredible celebrity lineup that we have this season, so it's going to be a wild ride! As host, I'm excited to bring the heat to the MasterChef kitchen.
