Mumbai, Dec 28 (NationPress) Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh, whose streaming documentary ‘Yo Yo Honey Singh: Famous’ has been receiving a lot of positive feedback, is a man in love.
The rapper recently engaged in a conversation with comedians Tanmay Bhat, Rohan Joshi, and Aaditya Kulshreshth. During the promotional video, Honey Singh expressed, “I’m madly in love.”
He noted, “I’ve done a lot of crazy things. I’ve gone to extremes. I mean, I’ve taken on anything extreme in my life. I’m currently in a relationship.”
He elaborated that discovering love in a world filled with glamour is quite challenging, as it’s tough to determine if someone is interested in him as a person or merely attracted to his celebrity status.
Furthermore, he admitted that he sometimes concealed his true identity from the women he got involved with, even refraining from sharing his real name. This led to confusion within his team about what name should be used for his boarding passes.
Despite this, the rapper affirmed that he is in a relationship.
His Netflix documentary details his rapid ascent to fame, his unexpected withdrawal from the spotlight, his struggles, and his return to mainstream music.
Previously, Honey mentioned that although he hasn’t communicated with Karan in a long time, he had been speaking with his manager, mistakenly believing him to be Karan for two years until they discussed the intricacies of a song.
On ‘The Bombay Journey’, he stated, “I haven’t talked to Karan. I used to talk to him on the phone for a long time, then I learned later that he’s not Karan, but his manager. I was like, ‘What’s going on?’ I had been chatting with him for two years. He even sent me a song. And you won’t believe it, he wrote the song ‘Mexico’ for me and wanted me to sing it. So I agreed, ‘Yes, the song is good’.”
“I told him, ‘There are some things I want to discuss with you. I want to make some changes.’ Then the guy hesitated to discuss the technical aspects. I wondered why he wouldn’t talk about the technical details. After a while, he revealed, ‘I am Karan’s manager. Sorry, I shouldn’t have said that.’ I responded, ‘What good is an apology? What’s this?’ Then I spoke to him a few days ago in person when Alfaz made me talk to him. I asked Alfaz if he was indeed Karan, and he confirmed that he was Karan Aujla,” he added.
