Chennai, Mar 14 (NationPress) The well-known OTT platform Zee5 announced on Friday that its original comedy series ‘Seruppugal Jaakirathai’ will premiere on March 28 this year.
This action-packed comedy series is helmed by Rajesh Suseiraj and features prominent actors Singampuli, Vivek Rajagopal, Ira Agarwal, and Manohar in significant roles.
On Friday, ZEE5 unveiled the first look poster along with the official launch date of the upcoming original comedy series “Seruppugal Jaakirathai.”
The series is produced by Singaravelan of SS Group and promises to deliver a humor-centric narrative that guarantees a delightful experience filled with laughter.
The storyline focuses on a diamond smuggler named Rathinam, who conceals one of his valuable diamonds inside a shoe. With the fear of a raid by authorities, he mistakenly exchanges his shoe with that of an auditor, Thyagarajan (played by Singampuli). This leads to Thyagarajan and his son Ilango misplacing the shoe, triggering a comedic and adventurous search for it.
Every episode is packed with humor, suspenseful twists, and captivating moments.
Actor Singampuli shines in the lead role, supported by an ensemble cast that includes Vivek Rajagopal, Ira Agarwal, Manohar, Indrajith, Mapla Ganesh, Usain, Sabitha, Uthumalai Ravi, Palani, Seval Ram, and Dr. Prabhakar.
