New Delhi, Feb 4 (NationPress) The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MEITy) has officially introduced the TruthTell Hackathon, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at developing AI-driven solutions for identifying and verifying misinformation during live broadcasts.
MEITy emphasized that this initiative is crucial for addressing the pressing challenge of misinformation, which is proliferating more rapidly than ever in real-time broadcasts.
The Ministry has challenged developers, data scientists, and media professionals to create tools that can verify content in real-time.
The TruthTell Hackathon encourages participants to build AI-enhanced tools that focus on the immediate detection of misinformation and fact-checking.
