Mumbai, Feb 4 (NationPress) In a significant move, the Maharashtra government executed a bureaucratic reshuffle on Tuesday, resulting in the transfer of 13 IAS officers.
Among the changes, Pravin Darade, an IAS officer from the 1998 batch, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Co-operation, Marketing, and Textile Department.
Pankaj Kumar, a 2002 batch IAS officer, has taken on the role of Secretary and Special Enquiry Officer (2) in the General Administration Department.
Nitin Patil, an IAS from the 2007 batch currently serving as the Secretary of the State Human Rights Commission, is now the Commissioner of Skill Development, Employment, and Entrepreneurship.
Shweta Singhal, an IAS officer of the 2009 batch and Secretary to the Governor, will now serve as the Divisional Commissioner of Amravati Division.
Prashant Narnaware, also from the 2009 batch and currently Secretary and Special Enquiry Officer (2) in the General Administration Department, is now the Secretary to the Governor.
