New Delhi, Jan 22 (NationPress) Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi firmly dismissed the rumors regarding his departure from the NDA and reiterated his steadfast allegiance to the Prime Minister, asserting his commitment to support Narendra Modi until his last breath.

In response to the swirling speculations in political arenas, Manjhi stated, “No plots can be orchestrated against me. Anyone attempting such will face failure. I am immensely thankful to PM Modi for the roles he has assigned me, including leading the MSME department, even though my party secured only one seat. This trust is significant. We may not be affluent, but dishonesty is not in our principles or heritage.”

Union Minister Manjhi further affirmed his dedication to the NDA, asserting, “I belong to a generation that values loyalty. As long as I breathe, I will stand by the NDA and support PM Modi. Rumors are often spread to entertain or increase TRPs, particularly when they target vulnerable segments of society. A fitting response would have occurred had it concerned someone influential.”

Refuting allegations of criticizing the NDA’s performance in Jharkhand and Delhi, Manjhi clarified, “I have never spoken to the media about such matters. I addressed my workers, over 5,000 in one meeting and 10,000 in another at Jehanabad. I told them they are my strength. My contributions in Jharkhand were not utilized effectively, which could have secured more seats for the NDA.

“I even communicated this to J.P. Nadda, mentioning that deploying our resources and allocating even a single seat could have uplifted morale. Unfortunately, this was overlooked, impacting the NDA’s prospects, something I wish to avoid because PM Modi is the leader of the alliance.”

Expressing his dissatisfaction with the NDA's defeat in Jharkhand, Manjhi noted, “I was profoundly affected by the loss. Perhaps had I been more engaged, the outcome would have varied.”

Regarding the Delhi Assembly elections, he stated, “I hope for the end of Arvind Kejriwal’s administration and the emergence of the NDA’s governance.”

Earlier on Tuesday, during a public gathering in Munger, Manjhi reportedly voiced his disappointment over the sidelining of HAM in seat-sharing discussions during elections, insisting that his party deserves seats that correspond with its support base and significance.

“Do we have no presence? They presume we are insignificant. Those who doubt should witness the large crowds at my meetings. I have conducted numerous public events recently, and the attendance speaks volumes,” he mentioned.

Concluding his remarks on Bihar's elections, Manjhi praised PM Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, stating, “While PM Modi leads nationally, CM Nitish has been performing exceptionally in the state. After 44 years in politics, I can assert there is no one like Nitish Kumar.
