New Delhi, Jan 22 (NationPress) The professional networking platform LinkedIn announced on Wednesday the appointment of Deepak Agarwal as its new Chief AI Officer (CAIO).
Agarwal brings with him 24 years of experience in engineering and AI, having previously held senior roles at Pinterest and Yahoo. This marks his second tenure leading AI at LinkedIn, having previously served as the VP of AI for eight years.
According to the company, "During his previous tenure at LinkedIn, Deepak was instrumental in creating AI advancements at a large scale, which form the backbone of many of the organization’s current AI initiatives."
