Mumbai, Feb 5 (NationPress) Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh, whose Dil-Luminati Tour has gained immense popularity worldwide, is offering insights on how to alleviate stress in everyday life.

On Wednesday, the actor-singer took to his Instagram to share a video where he provides advice on managing tension. The clip features Diljit addressing the stress of various individuals with a single mantra, “Tension mitra nun hai nahi”.

In the caption, he remarked, “Tension, ye Bimari Kis Kis Ko Hai? (Tension - Who is afflicted by this disease?)”.

During the video, Diljit humorously critiques government advisories related to his performances, contrasting them with the absence of similar advisories for international music acts. It appeared to be a subtle jab at the recently held Coldplay concerts in India.

Previously, the actor-singer had unveiled the first look from his forthcoming film ‘Punjab '95’. He shared a series of images showcasing his character from the movie.

He captioned it with, “I Challenge the Darkness. Punjab 95.”

This film draws inspiration from the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, who was the director of a bank in Amritsar during the militancy era in Punjab. Following Operation Blue Star, the assassination of Indira Gandhi, and the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots, police were granted the authority to detain individuals on suspicion of terrorism.

Allegations arose against the police for murdering unarmed suspects in fabricated shootouts and incinerating thousands of bodies to conceal their crimes. Khalra was investigating multiple significant cases and persistently gathered evidence and testimonies.

The Central Board of Film Certification in India had suggested 120 cuts for the film to its producers. Its release remained uncertain due to its sensitive content. However, following Diljit’s remarkable ascent and the attention he has garnered globally, it appears that the film may finally be released.

In the meantime, Diljit recently met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital, discussing various topics, and even serenaded the PM.
