“Panchayat 4”

Who among us hasn’t tuned in to “Panchayat”? This heartwarming narrative from the Indian heartland has captured the audience's affection across its previous three seasons, and now the creators are gearing up for season four. According to the official communication from Prime Video, the new season will be available to viewers in 2025. The ensemble cast for Panchayat 4 includes Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Sanvikaa, Chandan Roy, Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, Faisal Malik, and Sunita Rajwar.

“Paatallok 2”

Another series that received an overwhelming response is “Paatal Lok.” Directed by Sudip Sharma, this crime thriller premiered on Prime Video in 2020. Fans can expect the next season of this hit series in January 2025. The show will bring back familiar faces from the first season, including Jaideep Ahlawat, Ishwak Singh, and Gul Panag, alongside newcomers Tillotama Shome, Nagesh Kukunoor, and Jahnu Barua in significant roles. Avinash Arun Dhaware will direct Paatal Lok 2 under the auspices of Clean Slate Filmz Production and Eunoia Films LLP.

“The Family Man 3”

Renowned actor Manoj Bajpayee will reprise his role as Srikant Tiwari in the third installment of the thrilling series, “The Family Man.” Alongside Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Ashlesha Thakur, and Vedant Sinha will return to their original roles. Gul Panag will also join the cast. Although a release date for The Family Man 3 has not been revealed, it is expected to launch on Amazon Prime Video.

“The Trials Season 2”

Kajol made a strong impression with her portrayal in the courtroom drama, “The Trials.” She is set to return as Noyonika Sengupta in The Trials 2, directed by Suparn Varma, and is anticipated to premiere on Disney Plus in February 2025. Zahan Kapoor, grandson of Shashi Kapoor, will make his acting debut in Vikramaditya Motwane’s “Black Warrant.” Reports indicate that he will portray a jailer in Tihar. Scheduled for release on January 10, Black Warrant is a cinematic adaptation of the book Black Warrant: Confessions of a Tihar Jailer by Sunil Gupta & Sunetra Choudhury.

“Dabba Cartel”

Fans of female-driven narratives can look forward to Hitesh Bhatia's upcoming web series, “Dabba Cartel.” Set in the bustling backdrop of 1960s Mumbai, the series narrates the story of five housewives running a clandestine high-stakes cartel. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Excel Entertainment, Dabba Cartel features Shalini Pandey, Shabana Azmi, Akashdeep Singh, Jyotika, Jisshu Sengupta, and Gajraj Rao in key roles.

“Rakht Bramhand: The Bloody Kingdom”

The much-anticipated next project from Raj & DK is “Rakht Bramhand.” This fantasy drama will star Aditya Roy Kapur, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Ali Fazal, and Wamiqa Gabbi in significant roles. The project, directed by Rahi Anil Barve, known for Tumbbad, is likely to debut on Netflix in 2025.
