Mumbai, Feb 3 (NationPress) Punjabi film star Neeru Bajwa has emphasized the importance of setting a good example as the little ones are always observing, sharing her morning routine with her children.
Neeru posted a video on her Instagram showcasing her workout session alongside her two daughters, all while enjoying Diljit Dosanjh’s popular track “G.O.A.T”. The footage captures the actress and her daughters engaging in jumping jacks, bicep curls with light weights, boxing, culminating in a lively bhangra dance.
“Here’s how we kick-started our morning… Always keep in mind that the little ones are always watching; strive to set a positive example and embody what you teach,” she commented.
On Sunday, she embraced February with a workout video filmed in her garden, where she showcased skipping, jump squats, arm exercises, and lunges.

Originally from Canada, the 44-year-old actress embarked on her career in television in 2005 with “Hari Mirchi Lal Mirchi”. Following her debut, she appeared in “Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani”, “Jeet”, and later “Guns and Roses”.
In 2013, Neeru starred in the multi-starrer Punjabi film “Saadi Love Story”, produced by Jimmy Sheirgill and featuring Diljit Dosanjh, Amrinder Gill, and Surveen Chawla. She later teamed up with Diljit again for the film “Jatt and Juliet 2”, which achieved record-breaking success in Punjabi cinema.
Neeru made her directorial debut in 2017 with the Punjabi film “Sargi”, where her sister Rubina Bajwa played the lead alongside Jassi Gill and Babbal Rai. In 2019, she starred in and produced “Beautiful Billo”. The third installment of her “Jatt and Juliet” franchise was released in June.
