Mumbai, Jan 21 (NationPress) Ira Khan, daughter of Bollywood icon Aamir Khan, is truly inspiring sibling admiration. On Tuesday, she delighted her followers on Instagram by posting a nostalgic photo featuring her elder brother, Junaid Khan.

The image captures Junaid cradling his little sister while gazing into the camera. Ira is depicted looking up at her brother, clearly eager for his attention.

In her heartfelt caption, she reflected on their younger days, stating, “When he still thought I was cute! And look how thrilled I am to receive his love and attention! I think we’re both adorable.”

She also humorously remarked, “Someone inquired about who’s older. Junaid!! A whole 5 years. How is that even a question!? It’s tough to say who’s receiving the compliment and who’s taking the jab. Although, he does appear quite GenZ in #loveyapa.”

On another note, Junaid is eagerly anticipating the premiere of his upcoming film, ‘Loveyapa’, a remake of the hit Tamil flick ‘Love Today’.

Previously, Junaid made his acting debut in the streaming movie ‘Maharaj’, inspired by the life of journalist and reformer Karsandas Mulji.

Educated at Elphinstone College in Mumbai, Karsandas Mulji, portrayed by Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid, was a disciple of scholar-leader Dadabhai Naoroji. He was affiliated with the Gujarati Gnanprasarak Mandalli (Gujarati Society for the Spread of Knowledge) and was connected with notable Gujarati reformists, including poet Narmad and educationist Mahipatram Neelkanth.

Mulji advocated for widow remarriage, female education, and condemned excessive opulence in weddings, among other social reforms. His efforts led to the abolition of many societal ills, echoing his mentor’s belief in the importance of social integrity.

Notably, he authored significant articles, including ‘Hinduo No Asli Dharam Ane Atyar Na Pakhandi Mato’ (The Primitive Religion of the Hindus and the Present Heterodox Opinions), published on September 21, 1890, in ‘Satyaprakash’. This piece criticized Vaishnava Archaryas for their conduct and spurred the Maharaj Libel Case in 1862, which is the basis for the Netflix film.

In addition, Junaid Khan has another film project lined up featuring Sai Pallavi.
