Mumbai, Jan 22 (NationPress) Following the discharge of her brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan from the hospital after nearly six days, actress Karisma Kapoor took to social media to express her thoughts on “positive vibes”.
Karisma, whose younger sister and Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor is married to Saif, posted on her Instagram stories a message that read: “Positive Vibes Only.”
This post was shared as Saif returned to his residence in the Bandra locality of Mumbai. The actor was spotted wearing a white shirt and denim jeans, greeting friends and neighbors while making his way to his den. A bandage on his neck was also noticeable beneath his collar.
At 54 years old, the actor was reportedly assaulted by an intruder who entered his Bandra home through the room of his youngest son, Jeh, during the early hours of January 16. It is reported that the actor went to the hospital independently, with his son Taimur accompanying him.
According to media reports, surgeons extracted a 2.5-inch knife from his injury. Saif sustained multiple stab wounds while attempting to fend off a burglar during the early hours of January 16, with six wounds in total, two of which were classified as serious due to their proximity to his spine.
Shortly after his hospitalization, a document related to the actor’s insurance claim circulated online, indicating an initial requested amount of Rs 35, 98, 700 against an approved sum of Rs 250, 00, 000.
Prior to Saif’s release, Kareena posted and subsequently deleted a heartfelt plea on Instagram, requesting that the family be granted privacy.
She shared images that appeared in certain media outlets showcasing new toys arriving at their home for her children, Taimur and Jeh, stating: “Stop this now. Have a heart. Leave us alone for God’s sake.”
However, moments later, her message vanished from Instagram.
