Mumbai, Jan 22 (NationPress) Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has disclosed the reason for her reduced activity on social media.

Shraddha shared a photo on her Instagram stories, depicting herself engrossed in a book at a table.

She captioned the image, “Isiliye post kam kar rahi hoon… (This is why I am posting less),” without disclosing the subject of her reading.

On January 21, she also re-shared a wedding photo posted by her brother Siddhanth Kapoor on her Instagram story.

The actress referenced a quote from the movie “Andaz Apna Apna,” where their father Shakti Kapoor portrayed the comical villain Crime Master Gogo.

Her caption read: “Gogo ke bacche dekho kitne acche.”

Released in 1994, “Andaz Apna Apna” was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and stars Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal (in a dual role), and Shakti. Although the film was a moderate success at the box office, it has since become a cult classic.

Shakti’s memorable lines as Gogo, like “Aaya hun, kuch toh leke jaunga. Khaandani chor hun main,” “Crime Master Gogo naam hai mera, aankhen nikal ke gotiyan khelta hun main,” and “Suno suno duniya ke logon, sabse bada hai mister Gogo,” continue to resonate with film enthusiasts.

On a different note, 2024 has been a remarkable year for Shraddha, as ‘Stree 2’ outpaced the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Jawan’ to become the highest-grossing film in Hindi cinema before being surpassed by the Allu Arjun-starrer ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’.

Regarding her career, she is reportedly set to appear in the upcoming installment of the “Dhoom” series alongside Ranbir Kapoor, her co-star from the 2023 movie “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.”
