Zendaya: Exploring My Life Beyond the Public Persona
Los Angeles, Jan 5 (NationPress) Hollywood actress and singer Zendaya, who gained fame as a child, shares her journey of self-discovery away from the spotlight.

Los Angeles, Jan 5 (NationPress) The Hollywood actress and singer Zendaya, who initially rose to fame as a child star, has expressed that she is continually uncovering her true self beyond the screen.

Currently in a relationship with her 'Spider-Man' co-star Tom Holland, Zendaya shared with W Magazine: "It’s a thing that I’m figuring out. What other than work brings me joy?"

The 28-year-old star has engaged in a variety of hobbies in recent years, from pottery to baking.

However, the “Euphoria” actress believes she is still on a path of self-exploration, as reported by femalefirst.co.uk.

She stated: "For me, it’s been about trying new things, as silly as it sounds, like pottery or anything that involves using my hands. I can now whip up a decent scone, you know? It’s really about discovering what my life looks like outside of the image I project."

Last year, Zendaya mentioned that physical activity helps her feel "less anxious".

While she doesn’t adhere to a strict exercise regimen, Zendaya acknowledges that staying active can significantly enhance her mental well-being.

She mentioned to Vogue: "It’s a running joke among my friends and family, but I don’t have a fitness routine, per se. I’m not the greatest at maintaining it."

Zendaya understands the importance of health and activity.

She noted: "I think sometimes people assume that because of what they see of me, maybe I’m a certain way. But when I’m not working, I tend to isolate myself.

"My therapist, family, and friends remind me, ‘You need to get up and get out,’ and I often resist - but when I finally push myself to do it, I realize it’s actually quite pleasant. I feel less anxious. I must be very intentional about taking care of myself. I’m learning to take more responsibility for my well-being and for my body."
