Chennai, Jan 21 (NationPress) Renowned director Dharani Rasendran has commenced production on his upcoming film, which is being helmed by J Kamalakannan of JK Film International. The project was launched on Tuesday with a modest puja ceremony.
Dharani Rasendran is widely recognized for his critically acclaimed Tamil historical war drama ‘Yaathisai’, regarded as a revolutionary film in its genre.
Industry insiders suggest that the visionary director is poised to captivate audiences once more with this ambitious new venture.
The launch event was marked by a simple prayer ceremony, graced by notable figures from the film industry, including distributor B Sakthivelan of Sakthi Film Factory, producers G Dhananjayan, Chitra Lakshmanan, and directors Manthira B Moorthy and Muthu, known for his work on the Ayali web series.
Actor Seyon, who delivered an impressive performance in ‘Yaathisai’, is set to portray the lead role in this new film. Bhavani Sri, celebrated for her captivating role in the ‘Viduthalai’ series, will star as the female lead, while actor and director Samuthirakani will play a significant role.
